S. citizens.Key Requirements: U.S. Citizen Major Duties:Serves as Chief, Regional Planning and Environment Division North (RPEDN), responsible for the planning effort of three Districts, located in St Paul, MN, Rock Island, IL, and St. Louis, MO. Responsible for the overall quality and delivery of civil works planning products and services. Provides planning support to include reconnaissance and feasibility level studies, environmental studies, water quality studies, cultural resources studies, and environmental assessments and impact statement preparation. Responsible for working with multiple districts, leading a multi-district Division which includes but not limited to resource management, leading subordinate supervisory branch chiefs in geographically diverse areas, and developing the technical planning capability of a 90 person multi-disciplinary workforce.
