Flanders Electric has an immediate opening for a Senior Motor Designer. The position is responsible for creating, duplicating, and re-engineering basic to moderately complex mechanical detail drawings of motors, their components, and accessories.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology with related experience.
Five years of experience with AutoCAD/Autodesk drawing, Inventor, and 3D modeling software is required.
The successful candidate will possess:

• Good written and verbal skills

• Good organizational skills

• Strong computer skills required including word processing software

• Strong algebra, trigonometry, and analytical geometry skills

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times

• Promote a strong company image, be professional, and maintain positive working relationships at all times
