In this key impact role, you'll fill an important need by taking control of the vibration and oil data analysis for our rotating equipment. It's a new function that you'll enjoy building from the ground up, creating a program, collecting data, analyzing and interpreting the data and presenting it to management. You'll have front line access to information that could lead to significant cost savings for the plant. Find success and you can open multiple doors of opportunity within FMC and the highly prized reliability field, or a related discipline.

To be successful in this position you will have:
**A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or ten years of equivalent experience.
**A minimum of ten years' experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably a petro-chemical or refinery site, including three or more working directly with rotating equipment.
**Knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
**Three to five years of experience in vibration analysis. Level II certification is highly preferred.
**Three to five years of experience in oil analysis. Level I or higher certification is preferred.
**Knowledge and three to five years of experience in reliability principles and techniques. CMP certification is preferred.
**Knowledge of hydrogen peroxide manufacturing and process technology would be an asset.
**Strong interpersonal and communication skills; some managerial experience would be a plus.
