Seeking a full-time Manufacturer Engineer with cross functional skills in production, quality and engineering to manage the company's ECN processes.

A. Responsibilities:
Managing the company's ECN processes.
Plan, develop, issue procedures and related documents used to test and/or manufacture of motion control of pressure sensing products.
Troubleshoot manufacturing and test problems, provide reports, solutions and corrective actions.
Evaluate, design specify all tools, fixtures, jigs, inspection gages and related tooling.
Evaluate, research and aid in the specification of capital manufacturing equipment.
Supervises production equipment validation and installation of new equipment.
Evaluate materials for suitability to the manufacturing process.
Evaluate and propose manufacturing processes for cost reduction programs to meet management goals in improving manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Aid Design Engineering and Quality Assurances Department in the review of customer returns, and determine corrective actions to manufacturing accordingly.
Participate in the design review process.

Requirements:
AutoCAD, Solidworks, Experience in tool design.
Lean manufacturing with continuously improving activities.
Experience with ISO 9000 preferred.
Exposure to vendor quality metrics or other rating system.
Experience with 8D Kaizen or other Root Cause Analysis techniques, is required.
SPC, SQC techniques to identify production variables and process variances, and capbility studies.

Education/Job Experiences:
Graduate with BSME or BSIE, or 5 years relevant experience as a substitute.
3-5 years experience in low volume, high mix production environment.
Product Management preferred.
Mil/Aero experience preferred.
No managerial experience needed however, team lead experience helpful.
