The Maintenance / Engineering Manager is responsible for maintenance / engineering team management, RM account ownership, on-the-floor troubleshooting, project engineering and management, including vendor interface, design, equipment installation and analysis. The Maintenance / Engineering Manager must be focused on asset reliability, true efficiency, and team development in addition to engineering projects with manufacturing goals in the areas of quality, cost, safety and service. Maintenance / Engineering Managers are accountable for removing obstacles, problem solving, setting direction and empowering the technical team to achieve performance improvement results.br /

¨ Demonstrated leadership skills.br /

¨ Demonstrated Maintenance Management skillsbr /
