Westlake Reed Leskosky is searching for a Lead Mechanical Engineer for the Cleveland office. The position requires 15 years of experience in performing arts, commercial educational, and institutional type facilities. PE license required and LEED AP is preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include design for HVAC, piping and controls systems; preparing drawings and specifications fo ruse by the construction industry; perform heating, cooling and energy calculations; and selecting equipment for use in building systems. Candidates must have expertise in the areas of project management and administration including integrated project delivery, budgeting, quality assurance and client satisfaction. Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD is required training/experience with Revit MEP is a plus.
