Employment Type: Regular, Full-Time
Salary Range: 50,000k-90,000k annually
Percent Travel: 25%

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for leading all design, development and prototype activity, ensuring the design meets the customer’s expectations and the manufacturing capabilities. This involves the following:
- Product development of complete Fuel systems
- Total product ownership from conception to production launch.
- Support plant trials and customer builds to ensure product meets all legislative and specification requirements
- Develop and maintain Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) and other applicable Program Management System documentation, at the direction of the Program Manager.
- Support of manufacturing facility in development of production processes, tooling & equipment specifications, quality documentation, test plans, etc.
- Support of Kautex Global functions involved with sub-component development.
- Participate in Core Product Design Team meetings.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Position Requirements:
- 2 years experience in automotive product development.
- Experience with product design manufactured through use of blow molding and/or injection molding beneficial.
- One year experience in product design or process technology of Fuel systems or related subsystem is beneficial.
