Design Engineer III

Reporting to the Engineer Manager, we will rely on you to investigate and procure all data required to develop designs.

Responsibilities:
•Design and draft R&D projects.
•Support Power Section (Mud Motor) manufacturing, assembly, and rebuilding with technical assistance.
•Handle special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
•5+ years of work experience
•BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering
•Proficient in the use of 2D and 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
•Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
•Must be capable of performing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
•Must be capable of writing manuals, procedures, and specifications
•Must be able to demonstrate advanced design capabilities
•Proficient manufacturing or applications expertise
•Must be able to handle multiple and diverse assignments with only general direction
•Must be willing to do “hands on” work (assemble and test various components)
•Should demonstrate proficient project management capabilities
•Must have excellent interpersonal skills
